  Bad service i order a bed frame but it was parts missing they told me they will call me in 2 days they never did i have been waiting for it fo almost a week and still i disnt got them yet so i wont buy nothing from rhwm again dont go spend your money there cause you wont get what you want after they get your money they ignore you!!!

  Don't know what they have or what's available. Completely knowledgeable and dependent on computer for info No negotiations no real value as far as savings go. Won't go back

  I wanted a sofa that had a solid build and fabric that would withstand my cat and dog running around on it. I went to Value City Furniture in Harrisburg and received really great customer service (thus two stars). They were very helpful in understanding my needs and knew I would spend a decent amount of money if it meant I didn't have to buy a new couch in another year or two. The couch was delivered without any issues, was very comfortable, and held up to my pets for probably the first three months. The fabric started piling a bit and cushions started to flatten a tad, but again, nothing crazy that I didn't expect. Advance another month or so and now the one side of the couch was sinking like crazy. My boyfriend and I were sitting on it one night, watching Netflix, when all of a sudden we sank a few inches and heard a loud creak. A few seconds later and it started sinking even further, so we got off. Upon inspection, we found out that the couch frame was basically 2x2 boards, plywood, and staples (not even nails). Also, when flipping the couch, the underside of the fabric caught on a nail and tore a chunk away from the front of the couch that I now hide with an ottoman. Since it was under a year since I had bought it, they came out and fixed it pretty quickly. The guy secured it with actual nails instead of staples and was very friendly. I'm now writing this review about 2 months later and I feel the same exact thing happening on the other end of the couch. The arm is warping, the fabric is tearing where the frame is starting to stick out. I'm so fed up with the quality of this sofa that I want to scream. I paid nearly 2k for this couch (including extended warranty) and I haven't even had to use the extended warranty yet because I haven't had the thing for a year! I called again and they said they'll come out and fix it, so we'll see how that goes, but I don't even want the thing anymore. So while customer service is great, I highly recommend you search elsewhere for furniture if you want something of higher quality. For 2k, I expect a couch to last me at least 5 years, not 5 months.
